Gypsum

Gypsum is a soft sulfate mineral composed of calcium sulfate dihydrate, with the chemical formula CaSO 4·2H2O. It is widely mined and is used as a fertilizer and as the main constituent in many forms of plaster, drywall and blackboard or sidewalk chalk and many more..

Silica Sand

Silica sand (often called industrial sand when used for this purpose) is the main structural component in a number of construction products. Flooring, mortars, cement, roofing shingles, asphalt, and other industrial materials all use silica to improve durability and structural integrity. As silica is resistant to weather, wear and corrosion, it is often used as a caulk or sealant.

Soda Ash

Over half of all Soda Ash production is used in glass manufacturing, but it is also used in a wide range of other products, such as powdered detergents and soaps and rechargeable batteries, as well as being used extensively in metallurgical processes, and across the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

Caustic Soda

Caustic soda main uses include being used as a drain pipe cleaner, unblocks drains, removes built up grease from ovens, used to make soap and detergents. It is a versatile product to have around the house as it has so many uses. Sodium hydroxide and chlorine are manufactured together to produce chlorine bleach.

Feldspar

Feldspar is the name given to a group of naturally occurring alumino-silicate minerals containing varying amounts of potassium, sodium, calcium, and/or lithium. Feldspar is an important source of alumina in the glassmaking and the ceramics industries. In ceramics, it acts as a flux and provides the vitreous lustre of chinaware and ceramic tiles. It is used in glazes and enamels and is an important mineral filler in paints, plastics, sealants, and adhesives.
